This class is designed for those people that want to heal, support and love themselves and others through VOICE and HUGS. This type of class is a meditation-style where we sing, chant, scream, be still, present, silent and hug to drive you into a self-discovery journey. The class develops on personal work first and then on group work.
Let my South American warmth and style to inspire you and become more open and relax to interact with others in a high-love frequency loving your brothers and sisters with warm demonstrations of respect and affection… just because “all we need is love”
Learn different types of sounds and words that you never knew you could do. Learn different types of hugs to embrace yourself, your life and others…. Practice the Art of Channeling and the Art of Receiving, both in one class
